The Safety Critical Labs name and certification marks are the property of Safety Critical Labs and are the subject of trademark applications filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Use of the marks is permitted only as expressly authorized in writing.
Site content not covered by the framework license is the copyrighted work of Safety Critical Labs.
Nothing on the Site creates a certification, assessment, or advisory relationship. Engagements for readiness assessment, certification, surveillance, or any other service are governed by a separate written engagement agreement executed between SCL and the client. Pricing, scope, and deliverables are defined in that agreement.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." Safety Critical Labs makes no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at any given moment. Content on the Site is informational and may be revised or removed without notice. See also the Disclaimer.
The Site links to publishers of standards, regulations, and reference materials. Safety Critical Labs does not control those external sites and is not responsible for their content, availability, or terms.
These Terms may be revised. The current version is identified by the Effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Safety Critical Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
